Since 1987, Sally Lannin has provided consulting services for thousands of MBA applicants and seminar services for numerous companies. She has over 20 years of experience seeing firsthand which applicants gain acceptance. Sally attended Stanford and Northwestern's Kellogg program, was a consultant with McKinsey & Co., and ran the MBA Career Management Center at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Deborah Fredberg, former Assistant Director of Admissions at Harvard Business School, has been with MBA Strategies for a number of years, providing one-on-one consulting services. Her undergraduate degree and MBA are from the School of Arts and Sciences, and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Her professional experience also includes consulting with Booz, Allen & Hamilton as well as The Gillette Company.

A seasoned counselor with over 15 years of admissions experience, Kim Atchison also provides one-on-one consulting to our clients. Kim spent a number of years as Associate Director of MBA Admissions at the Wharton School. She holds degrees from Gettysburg College and Carnegie Mellon.

Founding the firm in 1985, Kathleen Gwynn serves as an ongoing advisor to MBA Strategies. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Admissions at Stanford's MBA Program. She holds degrees from Notre Dame and Cornell's Johnson School.

Stephen Christakos served as senior advisor to MBA Strategies. His nearly 20 years of admissions experience included 12 years leading MBA Admissions and Financial Aid as Director at Kellogg, Wharton and the University of Virginia's Darden School. Steve held a degree from Williams College.
